How can you use it if you can't download something you need with it substratum add on it say's its downloadable but Google play store dosent have it like I'm being told on here that was true at one time but not so now so where can I get sungstratum add on without going through alot of crap downloading it without deception an actual download.

Firstly, learn how to turn caps lock off: nothing undermines your credibility as much as posting in caps.

As for whether "Samsung removed it", what OS version are you running? If 8 then yes, it might be something Samsung has done (or that it's incompatible with your specific model for some other reason). If 9 (are any Samsung phones running 9) then it's Google, not Samsung. If you are using 7 it's because the add on only works with 8, so it won't appear in the play store on an older version. Again that would be nothing to do with Samsung.

Bottom line: if you want advice you need to tell us about your phone.
