Help Sucky pics after 2.3.3 update?

I <3 my HTC Inspire (converted iPhone lover) but since the 2.3.3 update, my camera sucks ass. No matter when I take the pic, they're grainy. Broad daylight - grainy... Every light in the house on - grainy... Direct sunlight - grainy. They seriously look like 2MP pictures. We have a $200 camera yet I always default to my phone b/c I always have it.

Can anyone help me out? Maybe I should take it to the warranty center...

Interested in the result, mine has been a bit grainy since the update as well. Have a few camera apps that helps a bit.
