My wife just got a ZTE C2. Being a big user of FB (and other video sources), she's played a lot of videos since getting the phone last Thursday (and we got an unlimited data plan with the phone). A few minutes ago, she sent me a note to ask why suddenly she couldn't play videos. Not being in the same room, I asked her was error message(s) was/were displaying. She replied, "Sorry but an unknown error has occurred and cannot play video." She says this happens from any video source; even the native video player on the phone isn't working. Has anyone else run into this, or does anyone have an idea why this may have started suddenly? Thanks, all.
