Suddenly no reception

[Android Question]

I all of a sudden have no reception anywhere in my apt. This started 2 days ago, so I thought is was the phone and bought a new one.......nope. no reception with the new one either. i have lived in the same place 4 years and have never had a problem. What the heck? Who's fault is this and what do I need to do?

I have a virgin mobile 3G Kyocera rise.

Chances are good that a tower service changed the angle of the antenna that serves your location - or an equipment problem... Probably not your phone if this is the only place it happens. I would contact your service provider and ask for level 2 tech support to discuss coverage issues...
