Help Suddenly Wont connect to Web or Show local location or weather

This evening my M8 has been behaving "Wierd" for lack of better explanation. Was away (about 20 miles) and when I returned home the phone will not connect to the internet, does not show time but sometimes shows location (on the sense widget) and the 'Play Store' will not connect. Tried a simple Google search, but only a white screen then message "Can't load search results". I am on WiFi on home router and computer internet working OK. I restarted phone twice, tried to reboot holding volume down and then got to clear cache which I did. Still problem.

Any ideas, or just wait until AM and try again?

Ureka! Phone started working normally again!!

WHY would its functionality "come and go" like I experienced 6-8 hours ago???

Probably a random stuck bit in silicon.

Next time try a power reset with volume up + power until the phone shuts down.

Just a fair guess though.
