Hey guys,
I am working on a client requirement for a video recorder and playback application. Here are the requirements.
1. The resolution is restricted to 1.3 mp.
2. The length of the recording is 15 secs max.
3. I get to decide the frame size for playback.
4. The file size should not exceed 70 kB.
I used the standard 3gpp format and the file size comes up to 176kB. The quality is not all that bad. But now the challenge is to reduce the size by almost a 100kB. Any suggestions to achieve the same? Anybody tried this?
I would really really appreciate your help.
