Suggest me a Calling Tablet

Hi,
Am searching for a New Tablet with 3G Sim calling Facility and GPS enabled. My requirements were 1GB RAM and normal Battery back-up with Front cam must.
Camera must be reasonable and most importantly it must have 3.5mm Audio Jack.

Had a thought to buy these tablets, So Please suggest me a favorable one from below or any new one.

The only name in that list that I'd trust is ASUS, but there are better ones - they just might not fit ll your needs.
