Help Suggest power bank please.

I have two different phones, one of them is an S3.
Looking at portable chargers/power banks.
I've shortlisted a few but am really confused as to which one would be the best to buy.

Why these ones. As these are the only ones available and in my budget.

Portronics Charge X Mobile power bank
Portronics Powerpack 4000
Cooler master Choiix C-2021-K1
Anker Astro 5600mAh

The Naztech PB5200 and Anker Astro2 is also available but outside my budget.

Extended batteries with cases are not available here so not really an option.

Heavy gaming/video viewing on the phone will require to be charged at places a power outlet is not available.
Don't require more than 1-2 charges.
Considering the fact that the S3 has a 2100mAh battery a 4000mAh power bank would be more than enough for me.
Price is a factor.
Also I am looking for something that is universal and has the accessories included like the Anker Astro does.

Please help me out here guys.

I have the Anker and really like it. It came with every tip you can imagine, to use for other devices, plus a couple of cables. It's only $30 on Amazon now, I think I may have paid a little more when I got it. Of course, I carry a purse so it's easy for me to pack along wherever I go.
 
Anker was my choice too.
Amazon don't ship to where I live.
I found a seller from NJ on ebay shipping it to India but for about $65, that's more than twice the price on amazon.
But right now with the Superstorm alert even in NJ, I'm not sure whether I should order it or no.
The cooler master one is available locally but for the same price.
Other brands not available than the ones I listed.

Looks like I might have to settle for Cooler Master :(
