Suggested testing when I receive the Nexus 4?

I am new to the smartphone world and I am planning to buy a Nexus 4. When I receive the shipment from Google, what are some suggested tests I should do to ensure the Nexus 4 is working properly? Just want to avoid defective Nexus 4 as some might have discovered. Thank You!

Do the drop test from 5 feet on concrete floor. Just kidding.

I heard some say got static noise on the audio. I didnt get it any of mine. Do Wifi test. I had problem with BT pairing at first, but now seems ok.

Luckily, thats what manufacturer warranties are for. You really have nothing to worry about that won't be fixed.
