Suggestions for Launcher Pro?

I decided to install Launcher Pro today. Now that I have it, any suggestions on cool stuff I should do with it?
 
Add shortcuts to your dock by swiping left or right. Hide apps that you don't want people to access. Apply the 3D look to the app drawer and watch everybody as they stare in awe

I am but a dullard. How does one achieve this enviable "look?"

I love all of those suggestions! How do I make these things happen :o ?
 
LP Plus has widgets that are not available in the free version.

The widgets are MUCH nicer than HTC's Sense versions. I loved Sense until I bought LP Plus.

My friends are devs and I'm a firm believer in supporting a hard-working, passionate dev. Buy the app.

He updates it like a madman, too, which is awesome.

#1 - On the dock you can swype left or right like you would for the home screens and it brings up more dock shortcuts. Press the open space on the dock where you want the new option to be and voila! select your shortcut

#2 - On any home screen, press the menu button and select preferences. In the "General Setting" select hidden apps and all your apps are listed. Select the ones you want hidden, even your files. Great thing about this is you can have access to those apps or files by adding them to the other locations on the dock.

For instance if you want your files hidden in the app drawer but want access to them, you do all the steps I listed above in #1. Nobody that doesn't know android even knows that the dock can be swyped left or right

#3 - Press the menu button from any home screen, select preferences. Select "Advanced settings". Select "Use 3d App drawer". You can select how fast the app fly in animation goes from here also. The 3D look is one of the best parts of Launcher Pro

When you play around with Launcher Pro you'll realize that any user interface is pretty much bland. You gotta love Android for giving you many options in customization. I thought that I never would get over losing widgets from Touchwiz but customization is just too important for me.
 
I lost that facebook/twitter feed. I didn't realize that was a samsung widget. That was pretty nice but I'm still keeping launcher pro.

Add the facebook app from the market. I actually like it better than the samsung widget now that I am used to it.

The only one I used besides facebook was the scrollable contacts widget. I found one that works better (and has more clarity) than the samsung widget.
I think it is called contact widget. Just be sure you enable scrollable widgets in launcher pro so it will work. It's great!
