Help Sunlight

Not had the phone long so far only 2 days so am still getting used to it. So far am pleased with it, just a few small niggles.

Main one being in really sunny days I can't see anything on the screen. Its a real pain. Anyway to combat this. A screen protector perhaps to reduce glare.

I am quite surprised, from what i have seen and read i thought the screen faired pretty well in direct sunlight..

Are you using auto-brightness (default), or did you set it to manual? If it's on auto and it's still not bright enough, then you may want to set it to manual and turn it up to max (Settings > Sounds & display > Brightness). Also, there are brightness widgets that you can download that will toggle between your manual setting and max brightness.

I never leave it on auto, its horrible. I just set it to min. I can still see everything clearly, and it doesn't drain the battery either.
