Super pad 3 android software update (i think SP3...)

[Android Question]

I bought a "SuperPad 3" (Idk if its real or not) 3 years ago and now im trying to update the android operating system because on the market theres only like 20 apps. I like how the tablet works, a little, but I really would like to have a new android software and be able to put the apps on the SD card (I have a 16GB microSD) and still use it on the tablet.
