After seeing the Incredible LTE at CTIA, that thing is still as ugly as the OG. They're great phones, but why the need to have the whole stylized back? I love my Nexus. Could it use a better radio, better battery? Of course. Will it last the length of my contract? Very likely. I'm much more comfortable having something a bit more future proofed.

The Incredible has a dual 1.2 core! Why did they go backwards!?

I'll be sticking with my s2, mainly because I'm contracted to it for another year, think I can upgrade about Feb 2013 but I may wait a few extra months to see what's expecting to be released, if there is a new one expected I may aswell wait a wee while longer :-)

Hard for me to say, since we don't know exactly what is coming out in what configuration for what carriers. Can't say One X, since it looks like verizon won't be getting a version of that. Can't say GS3 because I still haven't heard if Verizon will be getting that either. And if they do, will it be watered down? And what about the Droid Fighter or HD Razr? Too early to make a call on what my next daily driver will be, gotta see how they are in real life before I make a call.
