Help SUPER SLOW SYNCH in Galaxy Tab 7.7 Kies

Anyone else facing same problem?

Problem No 1:
It is extremely difficult to get the Galaxy Tab 7.7 to be recognised in Samsung Kies and I have to try like 20 times before it gets finally recognised once. And that's after pulling in and out the adapter and changing usb ports and closing and re-opening the Samsung Kies.

Problem no 2:
The Pissasheet Samsung Kies took 2 days to sync my contacts on galaxy tab 7.7 with only 1000 contacts. Other applications like iphone takes like 2 minutes. WTF is the KIMCHEE Samsung CEO doing??

Any solutions? synching is an integral part of data preservation, and Samsung makes it a pain in the a** and charging people ridiculous prices.

Can we create a petition to SACK the kimchee CEO from SAMSUNG?

Yup, Kies is terrible. Thankfully, I hardly ever have to use it and just whip out the SD card to refresh the video, comics and manga I've got on there. That, browsing and ebooks, are the main thing I use on the 7.7.

Seriously, like you say, it's RIDICULOUS that it's 2012 and you can't get software to recognise a tablet without repeated attempts. Had these kinds of problems with PDAs 10+ years ago,sheesh.

Kies, is clearly not great, however I have to say for me; once the drivers downloaded it`s been fine, connects every time, first time without failure and backs up in reasonable time.

For those having issue it`s more likely to be on the PC side, as for sure Samsung have not sent me a special version of Kies, works the same for my Galaxy Note, sure it`s slower than I would like, yet it`s far away from being glacial...
