Help Super slow

My phone has been SUPER SLOW today I wonder what is up?? Waiting on my update notification, maybe that will help it a little?!?!?

Also: I use launcher pro on 2.1 SO I could have landscape mode. Would you think that it would be wise to uninstall this with 2.2?

u can leave launcher pro, it doesnt affect anything.
try restarting your phone.

I did and it was stuck in boot loop for about 20 mins then it finally booted up and was in and out of signal real bad. I didn't get any messages for about 1.5 hours..now its all good. So go figure.....
