Super User

Hi,
I lost my Droid and had to buy one off Ebay and the guy who sold it me didn't tell me it had Super User on it. I was at the Verizon store and the guy there told me they won't work on any phone with this app and it is sucking my battery life. I don't know how to get this app off my phone. Can anyone help me? I have read some of the posts about rooting/unrooting phones but I don't really understand that.

I'm assuming it can't be uninstalled like you would uninstall a regular app?
Verizon won't work on the phone because having superuser typically means the phone is rooted which voids the warranty.
If you can't uninstall by the usual means (settings-applications-manage applications-superuser-uninstall) then in might have been included with a custom rom that was (and I'm guessing still is) on the phone. I'm still way to new at flashing roms to try and tell you how to find out if/what it is and how to undo it tho, sorry.
Have you tried contacting the seller? They should be able to tell you what mods/roms they put on the phone (and should really have mentioned it in the item description, IMO)
