This Sunday will be the big Superbowl Sunday. I remember back in the day of hosting or attending some pretty wild parties and watching the big game. Mostly I remember lots of smoking and grilling going on before the game. That was the past. The past decade or so we have just hung out and watched the game. I usually manage to cook something good on the patio but we don't party down on the big day. I will do the same this year. I hope to smoke out something tasty for the occasion.
