SuperPad III 2.2 issue

[garyswife25]

Hi! I'm new to the Android world and this forum. I have a new SuperPad III 2.2 and have been unable to use the touch screen function. I can navigate on it using a mouse and the arrow keys but get no response when touching the screen. I have attempted re-callibration of the touch but unit locks up and does not respond when on this screen. Any suggestions?

Hi there, welcome to the forums.

I've no experience of your specific device, but that sounds as if the screen is faulty if you ask me.
