superpad v10 not responsive touchscreen

I have a superpad v10 that i bought from fhina and actually the touch screen is totally non working at all, I've tried almst everything and nothing is working:
I reset it
I wiped out its data and nothing happens
When i connect it to my usb keyboard and mouse everything is ok, I'm able to use it, otherwise it is good as dead, any ideas about what coul have been causing this and its solution?

Tablrt info is:
Vimicro VC882
512mb ram
4gb hd
Wifi, gps antenna and support
For external usb 3g

Gus, I think it's broken, hardware fault. Reliability with cheap tech from China often leaves a lot to be desired. Not much you can do about it probably, except send it back. You seem to have done everything you can.
