Help superSU problem

Hi I rooted my device with superSU but first time i did this my wifi did not work then second time i did this my wifi did work but my bluetooth does not I did this to a j3 emerge what can i do to fix this but still have my device rooted

what exactly did you to root the phone? do you have a custom recovery? did you flash a custom rom? did you do anything after you rooted the phone?

then just restore your nandroid backup and you should be fine. you may want to contact the developer of the rom and let them know of the issue.

edit: just so you know i can only help you so much, if you refuse to answer all of the questions. just remember the more info you give us the better we can help.

The problem you're attributing to SuperSU was due to the custom ROM you used. SuperSU is just the root manager utility, it's the ROM in question that consists of the base Android OS, and the all the drivers and other firmware that are required to interact with your phone's hardware configuration. Ideally a third-party ROM will work with all of the phone's features but that's not an absolute. Most independent ROM developers will state what works, what doesn't, and what's in progress. If things like network connectivity were sporadic, that's an indication the driver/firmware for things like the WiFi radio chip and Bluetooth chip (integral to the ROM) need to be addressed, not the SuperSU utility (which does not include networking support.)
Check the site where you obtained the ROM, there might be caveats posted there about the issues you're having. Or confirm you downloaded the correct ROM, ROMs for different models will only contain the software that corresponds directly to the intended hardware, and different models all have different components inside. A ROM for one model won't necessarily have the correct driver/firmware that will work with other models.

I flashed a custom rom

It's more likely a bug or issue in the custom ROM you're using, rather than anything to do with superSU, As long as you're using the correct ROM that was built for your particular phone or tablet, it could be something that the ROM dev needs to fix.

A few years ago I had it happen when I was using a build of CynogenMod on an Oppo Find 7, the WiFi wasn't working, that was also reported by others, and the dev did fix it with an update.
