Help supertooth visor go

Help I have a samsung galaxy s and don't seem to be able to connect it with my supertooth visor go. does anyone have any ideas why

ok:

with supertooth visor go switched off.
hold the green nutton down for approx 5 secs, untill the lights at bottom flash blue the red on and off, this puts the device in pairing mode. Set your phone to discoverable and when it asks for passcode put in 0000,
