Help Superuser not working

Hello! I have a problem with root access on my Motorola Droid 3. I rooted my Droid 3 and had superuser working. I have superuser permissions for the app "Root Explorer" but when I try and give permission to OrBot or SetCPU, it says "Root access not found."

Anyone have any idea of how to fix this problem?

Update SuperUser, then update your SU binaries.
To update the SU binary, open SuperUser, go to settings, and scroll down to "Check for binary updates" or something similar

It doesn't update anything. I'm assuming that means I'm up to date.
