Root (SUPPORT) Help with reactivating on VM

I just got my SGSIII and am giving my Evo V 4G to my son. I was running the latest Hood Pope 4.3 ROM on it and now I can't get it to reactivate on his account. I flashed Harmonia so I could get the "Activate this device" option in the settings, however, when I try that it just sits forever trying to connect and then says "Network Error".

What am I missing or doing wrong?

I'm S-off and on HBOOT 1.04.2000. I've tried the RUU zip, renamed it PG86IMG.zip and put it on the root of the sd card and booted into bootloader but when I reboot into bootloader it doesn't find the PG86IMG.zip.

I'm kind of at a loss here...

You need to change a number in one of the secret menus. Can't remember if its your phone # or msid

Call vm and they will walk you right through it

Thanks. I figured that out. I just had to find the right dialer codes.

The weird thing is that I can get the activation to work when on Harmonia but when I wipe and flash Hood Pope JB 4.3 the activation doesn't stick.

Try the stock ROM then dialer code "##CLEAR#" and reset the device information. After that reactivate and it should work
