I've heard complaints about the HTC EVO 4G's photos but I think this is kind of ridiculous, my front camera seems to be taking better photos than my back camera. I spoke with the person I bought it from and they said they would send me a new one but before I go through the trouble, I want to know if this is normal. Thanks in advance!

No, that is not normal as far as I can tell. My wife has a Sprint HTC EVO 4G and the pictures are never blurry like that.
It seems like it could be a problem with the lens or the image sensor. I would have it exchanged.
