Help [support] Jeanie vs Xoom w/ ICS

Ever since Motorola pushed Android 4.0.3, ICS, to my Xoom tablet, I've been unable to use Jeannie. The application works, but doesn't appear to trigger the text-to-speech portion. I've tried everything I can think of, including uninstalling the application, the Svox speech engine, and the Svox
