Help support mode not working

So I used mobile Odin to downgrade my s3 i747 to 4.1.1 so I could unlock it. Worked ok except when I go to service mode there are no options just black screen under the header.
Any ideas would be helpful thanks.
 
You're lucky it booted tbh mate. You aren't supposed to downgrade below 4.3.
What is service mode anyway?
