Okay so i have to say it took some thinking and i couldn't have done it without the slimroms google plus page.
Look at this
As you can see the tempered glass covers the proximity sensor
So to fix this i removed my tempered glass and i will e ordering one of these soon
As you can tell with this one it is uncovered
