Help [support] Xoom Internet not working

HI everyone,
this is my first post so i would like to thank everyone in the forum for being so helpful that i didnt even need to ask anything before now although i have my xoom for weeks now
The problem i have is that my xoom keeps disconnecting from the network very often for a while now it is connected to the network but with no internet access , once i close the wifi (using quick setting) and open it again i get the connection back but only for a while an then it disconnects.
I have the same issue with different networks (home office and public) can anybody help ??

hi,

are you rooted?

do you have the wifi only or 3G+wifi?

are you in the UK? US?

did you add any apps or remove any apps prior to this happening?

have you considered a factory reset?

No i am not rooted
I have the 3g xoom
i bought it from germany but i am in Egypt right now

A factory reset would only be a last resort
