Hello
I would really appreciate if someone could help me on how to solve this issue on my phone. It keep saying "failed to move" when I want to move my mp4 file from internal memory to sd card. Really need help. Thanks

What did you use to attempt to transfer the file?

There are a number of file managers in the app store: you may have better luck with a different one. Failing that, you may need to download to a computer then upload onto the SD card.

Alternatively, check if the video has been backed up to your Google account: could be you don't actually need it on your phone at all

1. Click "move" on the selected file
2. Choose to over those file to SD card
3. Failed to move

What solutions do I have? Thanks in advance. ☺
