Rooted Samsung admire sch-r720 showing com.sec.android.app.CFSC tried to delete it amd it now says it is on missing sd card (which I removed before I tried to delete) what is it and how come it is on both mine and my husband's admire

Its not bloat and it should be left alone. Restore a backup if you have one.
