Anyone know answer to why I get blurry images on my galaxy 2 ek-gc200 even after factory reset?

I have a galaxy 2 ek-gc that is showing blurriness in photos when zooming in for details. I did a factory reset, cleaned the lens, checked that it's in auto focus, use a flash for fill in.... anything else I could try to remedy this problem?
 
Can anyone tell me what I can do about my galaxy 2 ek-gc 200 not beinf able to go above F 8.0 in Manal mode? I'd like clearer macro shots and the advice is to set android at F 11.
