Apps Suspended Application

Hi all wonderful developers of Android Forums. Hope you can spare a min in suggesting me what I have done wrong
I have got a theme from codecanyon for youtube playlist app and have put a playlist app of some of the funny videos in youtube as playlist and tried to publish the app. I got an notification that app was suspended

So was it not legal to create a playlist of you tube videos and share it via android app ?

I believe the problem is not the app but the playlist you were showing. Maybe you used an artists name as appname or in the description of your app. I think if you link to a playlist which consists of your own work/self created music/videos it should be OK.
