svox help.. Have android 2.2

i am trying to get svox to work on my google navi i have downloaded the svox classic tts and downloaded the free trial of Victoria and propeeded these instructs via svox website

Settings: Voice input output
Text to Speech scrolled down checked SVOX Classic
Clicked Svox classic setting and advanced setting checked language override
Uk english voice is only Victoria downloaded
then listened to example and victoria plays

When i open google navi it still plays the robot voice

what do i need to do please help

after some more intense google searching i came a across a post saying your language keyboard must match your voice input output so my keyboard had us and the voice i downloaded was uk so i downloaded grace for us and it works... so i think i need to download keyboard language uk or something to get victoria to work
