Waterproof Hard Case For Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 - Blue | SW-BOX.com

In my quest to find a reasonably priced waterproof case for my occasional use at the beach, in the snow, at the pool, etc. I came across this one. there is a youtube video of the S3 and iphone 5 being tested with them and it looks to be exactly what i'm looking for, something for occasional use that is easy to get on and off. $20 is a very attractive price for my occasional need for waterproofing, but at the same time i don't want to drown my $600 phone on a crap product (i will do my own testing if i get it before i actually use it)

Here's the rub, the website states that it's waterproof, but doesn't provide any credentials (IPX8, etc). the youtube video shows it being submersed and it seemed to work. as i can't find any reviews online (granted this looks to be a very new product) i was wondering if anyone has any experience with sw-box or this case in particular.

Just a note, I see no way of getting to the volume or power switch without taking it out of the case.

ziplock bags are cheap and disposable. Plus, you can access all the buttons and see the phone just fine. I use the freezer bag ones, they are thicker.

Problem solved for a lot less than $20 and they are a proven product.
