Yeah it should be easy. Regular sim could easily be cut into microSIM for a $20 product online. People have been doing it for years and one guy here did it with a Palm Pre recently.
I think you should be able to easily sell it for $700+ giving you a free Nexus One (couple hundred bucks for the iPhone).
