Hi, welcome to Android Forums.
With swapables such as Mobile TV and Sky Sports there isn't an app to download. You need to go to Orangeworld on your device, go to 'Manage your Swapables' and select Sky Sports. You can then use your browser to go to Orange TV, the appropriate channels will be available to you. You will probably have to set it up using your mobile data connection, then you can use wifi.
I've had Mobile TV for a few months now, mainly for the Eurosport channels.
Hope this helps.
