swipe on effect-how to change?

Can someone tell me where the heck the setting is for changing the swipe on effect is? I haven't changed it in forever and can't find it. This is the swipe feature for particle, water droplet, etc.

Go to lock screen in your settings menu. That's where it is. I kind of wish there was a way to add more of them or an app that adds more. And I'm rooted too.

That's what I thought, but there's nothing there for some reason. I haven't messed with that setting in a long time. It may be due to my exchange email account on my phone, because my work's exchange settings force specific security features to be enabled on the phone; such as using a pin code to unlock the phone. I'm really not certain though. I just removed my exchange account and rebooted the phone, and for some reason the security features are still there and it won't let me change the unlock method even after deleting the exchange account.

I *think* that those particle effects are only for "swipe to unlock" and not PIN unlock. If that's true, then I think that because you are unable to change your unlock method from PIN to swipe, that'd be why those options aren't visible to you.

I don't have the experience with security stuff to confirm but I think you've surmised this issue.

I don't have any experience with that. But it should be there. Hopefully someone else with better knowledge will help you out.
