Switch between >>>>

switching -

menu>settings>applications>manage applications

find your current launcher, scroll down to defaults, uncheck the box

keep it set to one -

when you switch, check make default action
 
Download Home Switcher from the market. It makes it easy to switch between launchers and to set/change your default launcher.
