Root Switch from sprint to Boost?

I have an evo 4g with sprint and would like to go with Boost. I want to keep my evo but after looking around the forums I found alot of conflicting info on the subject. Can my phone be flashed for the boost network? Thanks in advance!
 
I have an HTC Evo 4g that was originally set up for Sprint and is rooted to work with Boost Mobile. It works just fine except for one thing: 4G will connect, but as soon as it does, all data services go off. I am wondering if it is possible to actually get 4G on a Sprint HTC Evo 4g rooted to Boost... Does anyone here know?

From what I understand, and someone can correct me if I am wrong, you will not get 4G service on a boost-flashed Evo.:(
