Switch google account on android

When I setup my Android tablet I used the google account that I had which is my work account. I've been told by my systems administrator that I cannot use my work account. I created a separate account and need to change the account on my android tablet.

How can I change account information?

Set up the new account

Add it on your phone so there are now 2. Remove the first one. You will lose any apps on playstore (you will need to sign up with the new account) and your Google contacts - contacts can be backed up first then reinstalled using the contacts app or a specialist app from playstore.
