Hey I want to switch from pgs ROM to bobz do I just factory reset then flash?

personally i wouldn't factory reset i would just flash it but if you want to start fresh then go ahead or if you run into problems you can always factory reset later. i only factory reset when i'm switching from stock to cm or vice versa

if it's a full rom port you just flash it because it will format /system. but if it's a baseless port you need to flash cm10 first then the new baseless port.
