I switched off my mobile to change my SIM card but it didn't switch on again although it was working properly and battery is full :(

My mobile is Samsung ACE 2 ( GTi8160 )
 
Put the old SIM card back in. Does it turn on? Then the new SIM is bad. No? Then the phone has to be diagnosed and we cn't do that here, you need to bring it to a repair shop.
