Switching email address

Getting my nexus tonight however use a mix of my old Hotmail email address and a Gmail address.

Looking to consolidate them under one new Gmail account. My current Google account syncs all my images as well as most other accounts. I have a few older that still use my Hotmail... Facebook installation etc.

Is there a fast or easier way to move them all in the one place?

Apology in advance typing this out on a Sony m2....worst phone ever.

Can you not just set your hotmail address to forward emails to the gmail box?

From what I can find Gmail is kind of picky about other mail services. Have you tried a 3rd party app like K9mail?

Might just cull most of the rubbish start fresh with a new email switch the stuff I actually use i.e Facebook instagram Spotify and get new Google plus YouTube...

Gmail may be soon be a lot better at managing your email.
