Switching phones

I have a Droid RAZR MAXX and a Droid Bionic. The Bionic is not in use and not Connected to Verizon's network. Can I switch back and forth between both phones without losing my unlimited plan? Is it as simple as activating one of the phones and letting the other phone drop off the network?

I know these are pretty basic questions, but I wanted to verify before I swap back and forth...

Yes, you can switch phones without affecting your unlimited plan. I am not sure, but there might be a limit to how many times you can switch each month however.

Thanks for the feedback. I only want to do it a couple of times before I sell off one of the phones, to make sure all is working ok...
