Switching Roms and Apps

Is there an easy way to switch between roms but not have to reload all of the apps again or to re-load all of them quickly instead of going through the market and loading one them one-by-one?

The Paid version of Titanium backup in the market will do it, and it works great.

I had Fresh 2.1.2 the other day and Titanium wouldn't work on that ROM. I didn't have the paid version... maybe that's why?

The free version will only back up your apps, not restore them.
