Swype and multiple choices

So.... What's the secret for swyping the word you want when theres more than one choice? Such as dinner (diner) or good (god). Is there a way to optimize it's predictability?

In both the cases you've listed, you can get the double letter e.g. dinner and good by doing a small circle on the letter you wish to have doubled ( Swype | Text Input for Screens -- see "How to Swype Double Letters" )
