Swype competitor

So I've tried every keyboard out there for the droid 2. I've tried swype, gingerbread, stock, 8pen, thumb, big buttons, slideIT, etc. I've found that my favorite and the fastest is the SwiftKey keyboard. Your opinions?
 
swype has the known issue about the Hidden word Popup and they feel it's no big deal and they'll get to it when they get to it..for me this is a deal breaker.

if your software is shitty, fugging fix it.
 
I also really like SlideIT. But since Swype was free for all of us... why go with paid keyboards?
Is Swype that bad? I really like Swype, but maybe because I'm used to it.

I may start trying other keyboards if you guys think they're that much better
 
swiftkey for me since d1 13 mo ago. amazing predictive. sometimes, it is scary how accurate! you can also have it relearn from your texts
 
I got the Swiftkey trial tonight but there is no word prediction. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

EDIT...never mind, didnt have language pack installed...
 
You want a keyboard that kicks the competitors ???, then check out Ultra Keyboard, nothing comes close to perfection. I am loving it.

I love swift key! I love how it predicts what I want to say. Example: I type "Wh" and it predicts "What" the next middle predictions are all "are you doing tonight ?" Beautiful to be able to type 2 letters and make a complete sentence. d2g
 
Ultra Keyboard is the only one I've ever seen or heard of that has arrow keys on the main keyboard layout, accessible without having to change to an alternate configuration and then back every time. For this reason it's the best/only keyboard I ever use.
