Swype dictionary

Is there a way to delete words from the swype dictionary? I can add words just fine. For the life of me I can not figure out how to delete words.

pretty much the same you add them. after you've typed a word you want to delete, double tap to highlight that word, hit the swype key and it should delete from the dictionary. i think it only works if it's a word you've previously added to the dictionary though
