Help Swype Freezing

My Swype on the Optimus V keeps freezing on me after about 6 weeks of use. I can change back to the Android keyboard just fine, switch again to the Swype keyboard and it locks after a minute.

Any ideas? I love Swype and I just want it to work. Thanks!

Mine has been doing it in landscape mode, fine in portrait. I've been trying out the new AI type keyboard. Liking that as much as swype.

I haven't seen AI keyboard 'till u mention it, thanks for the info.
@iburgguy Have u tried 'restarting' your swipe? Maybe that'll do the trick?
