Swype help

So the old swype beta is about to expire and the new swype beta is now available for download. I just downloaded it and installed it, and now it does not work anymore. It says that it is not configurable for my device. Any other sprint hero swype users experiencing this?
 
It wouldn't let me install it on the SD Card. I had to install it on the phone. Works great though.
 
Did you follow the link provided in the e-mail from your phone, and not from your PC? I had absolutely no trouble at all with it installing. If you did and it's still not working, I would make sure that your old version of Swype is deleted and then try re-installing it.
 
Did you make sure that your browser was in "Mobile View"? That the only way it's going to work on your phone.
